The FIWDC/LWS Office, Saitual was formally inaugurated on 10th December 2025. Although the office has been functioning since 10th October 2025, the inaugural programme marked the official opening of the office for public service.

The inaugural function was attended by Rev. Fr. Dominic, PP., Seling; Sr. Lucy Laltluangi, President of FIWDC; Sr. Grace Chalziki; and a representative from the Village Council, Saitual. The gathering highlighted the importance of the office in strengthening community welfare and outreach services in the district.

The office implements the Link Worker Scheme in Saitual District and also extends its services to the adjacent Khawzawl District. During the programme, the office building was blessed by Rev. Fr. Dominic, SDB, PP, Seling Parish.

The inauguration marked an important step towards enhancing community support and development activities in the district.
